Masaru Ino is a Japanese male voice actor born on October 12, 1991, in Gunma Prefecture, Japan. He is affiliated with the talent agency Power Rise. Ino stands 174 cm tall and has A-type blood.

His interest in becoming a voice actor began during high school when a friend introduced him to anime. After graduating from private Taki High School, he attended the Amusement Media Academy, from which he graduated in 2012. He initially joined the agency Aoni Production before moving to his current agency, Power Rise, in 2017.

Ino has built a career through numerous supporting roles in television anime, animated films, and video games. One of his notable and recurring roles is Kotarō Tomoe in the anime series World Trigger, appearing in both the first season in 2014 and the second season in 2021. His other anime voice roles include the magical knight Majika in Oreca Battle, various characters such as a gladiator and subordinate in One Piece, and roles in series like Aquarion Logos, Saint Seiya Omega, and Dragon Ball Kai. He has also participated in web animations, such as providing a voice for a male student in Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon Crystal.
