Takaaki Kojima, also known professionally as Takaaki Torashima, is a Japanese voice actor and actor affiliated with the agency Stay Luck. He was born on May 5, 1991, in Niigata Prefecture, Japan. His training included time at Aoni Juku and graduation from the Amusement Media Academy in Tokyo. He was previously associated with the agency Mouvement before joining Stay Luck in July 2018.

Kojima is known for his work in anime, video games, and foreign language dubbing. One of his most prominent and recurring roles is as the Bengal tiger Bill in the anime series BEASTARS, a part he has played across multiple seasons. This performance as the confident and proud carnivore is a notable entry in his filmography. In anime, his career has been largely built on supporting and guest roles in a wide array of series. These include parts in productions such as Jujutsu Kaisen, Ranking of Kings, Hell's Paradise, Aoashi, Dead Mount Death Play, ODDTAXI, and many others.

Beyond anime, he has contributed voices to several major video game titles. His game credits include providing the Japanese voice for Hunter Voice (Type 2) in Monster Hunter Rise, Tenbuyer in Makai Senki Disgaea 7, and Kent Swanson in Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster.
