Rosângela Mello is a Brazilian voice actor primarily known for her work in dubbing anime and animated series for Portuguese-language audiences. She is recognized for voicing the character Suneo Honekawa in the Brazilian Portuguese dub of the Doraemon franchise, including the films Stand By Me Doraemon and Stand By Me Doraemon 2.
