Shō Sakagami is a Japanese voice actor from Tokyo, born on July 10. He is affiliated with the talent agency S Inc. His blood type is O, and he stands 178 centimeters tall. His real name is the same as his stage name, Shō Sakagami. He is a graduate of the first Seiyu Awards Newcomer Discovery Audition.

Sakagami's career began in 2011, with his debut role being a male student in the television anime series Beelzebub. Over the years, his agency affiliations have included being with Across Entertainment, working as a freelancer, and belonging to Object, before joining S Inc. in May 2022.

He is known for a versatile vocal range. His voice is characterized as a正统派 (seitoha), or orthodox, low-pitched and dignified tone, well-suited for roles such as aristocrats or family heads. He is also adept at portraying characters with a gentle demeanor. Conversely, he frequently takes on comedic or eccentric roles, including mad clowns or extreme narcissists.

Sakagami has built a substantial portfolio of roles across various media. In television animation, his credits include Takamoto Atsushi in Ace of Diamond, Hayabusa Takao in Another, and Citroen in Freezing Vibration. He has also appeared in series such as World's Greatest First Love, The Ambition of Oda Nobuna, and Problem Children Are Coming from Another World, Aren't They?. In 2020, he voiced the character Inari Tsugiki in the web anime Onegai Patron-sama!. More recently, he was part of the cast for the third season of Yowamushi Pedal.

Sakagami was a prominent member of the Arcanamusica media mix project, a collaboration between Shueisha and Avex. In this project, he played the main character Igashima Itsuki, also known as Ikkun, and participated in the release of character songs as part of the project's music distribution.
