Hideyuki Kobayashi is a Japanese voice actor affiliated with the talent agency Bright Idea. He was born on October 2nd and is a native of Tokyo. He is a graduate of the Japan Narration Acting Institute.

Kobayashi has built a career providing voices for a wide range of anime television series, video games, drama CDs, and dubbed foreign films. In anime, his roles often include supporting characters and ensemble casts. Some of the series he has worked on include The Tale of the Outcasts, A Condition Called Love, The Strongest Sage with the Weakest Crest, and The Duke of Death and His Maid. He also played the character Ecker in the 2020 net anime Onegai Patron-sama!.
