Honoka Matsumoto is a Japanese actress and voice actress known for her roles in live-action television dramas and films, as well as for providing voices for characters in animated feature films. She was born on February 5, 1997, in Osaka Prefecture, Japan, and is affiliated with the talent agency FLaMme. While her career is primarily focused on on-screen acting, she has taken on notable roles in anime films.

Matsumoto voiced the character Yōko Hinageshi in the 2019 animated romantic fantasy film Ride Your Wave. Directed by Masaaki Yuasa and produced by Science Saru, the film tells the story of a young surfer who grapples with loss and discovers she can summon the spirit of her deceased boyfriend through water. In this film, Matsumoto provided the voice for Yōko, the younger sister of the male protagonist, a high school student working part-time at a café. Her next major anime film role was a leading one. In the 2020 original anime fantasy film Over the Sky, Matsumoto voiced the protagonist, Mio Miyamasu.
