Honoka Matsumoto is a Japanese actress and voice actress known for her roles in live-action television dramas and films, as well as for providing voices for characters in animated feature films. Matsumoto voiced the character Yōko Hinageshi in the 2019 animated romantic fantasy film Ride Your Wave.
