Mika Kanda is a Japanese voice actress affiliated with the agency Mausu Promotion. She was born on August 27 in Chiba Prefecture and has blood type A. Her birth name is Mika Miyatake, and she performed under the stage name Mika Miyatake until December 2007, when she changed it to Mika Kanda. She is known by the nickname Mikazou.

Kanda began her voice acting career in the 2000s. Prior to joining Mausu Promotion in 2008, she was affiliated with Splash Dream and the Voice剧团Via Sharm. In 2013, she formed a theatrical unit called Mamika with fellow actress Mayumi Ota, and the unit continued until its disbandment in 2018.

Throughout her career, Kanda has built an extensive portfolio of roles in anime, video games, and foreign language dubbing. A significant and recurring role in her career is Lorena Lidell in the long-running Alice in the Country of Hearts video game franchise, which includes several titles such as Clover no Kuni no Alice and Joker no Kuni no Alice. She is also known for her work in major game titles like Fire Emblem Awakening, where she voiced Phila and Raimi, and in Genshin Impact as Xilonen. In the fantasy RPG Genshin Impact, she voices the character Xilonen. In television animation, she has had numerous supporting roles, appearing in series such as Smile Precure! as堀毛老师, Joker Game, JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Golden Wind as a cleaning woman, and Detective Conan. More recently, she voiced佩吉 in Spy Classroom and appeared in the 2023 adaptation of Rurouni Kenshin. As specified, she plays the role of Demia in the 2020 anime adaptation of the game, KING’S RAID: Successors of the Will.

Her voice acting work also extends extensively to dubbing foreign films and television series. Among her notable dubbing credits are the films It, Kong: Skull Island, and Joker.

Kanda is a member of Mensa, a high-IQ society. Her personal interests include making accessories from natural stones and window shopping.
