His primary career is in broadcasting; he joined the Nippon Broadcasting System radio network in 1999 and has since become a prominent figure in the industry.

While voice acting is not his primary profession, Yoshida has taken on several roles in anime, leveraging his extensive experience within the industry. His most notable voice role to date is Haruki Kaibara in the 2020 anime series D4DJ First Mix, a part of Bushiroad's DJ-themed multimedia franchise. Plus) since 2010, which features a segment called "Voice Actor Plus" where he regularly invites voice actors as guests. This program earned him the prestigious Galaxy Award for Best DJ Personality in 2012. His expertise and rapport with voice actors have made him a sought-after host for anime-related events and programs, such as Fuji TV's Noitamina Radio. He also co-hosted a radio program for the D4DJ unit Lyrical Lily.

Beyond broadcasting and voice acting, Yoshida has made significant contributions to the anime and manga industries. He has served on the executive committee of the Manga Taisho awards since its inception in 2008. He has also taken on production roles, serving as the executive producer for the innovative live animation project Mirai Diva in 2014.
