Kanon Shizaki is a Japanese voice actress, singer, and musician born on February 8 in Tokyo, Japan. She is a graduate of the Rock & Pops Course in the Vocal Department at Senzoku Gakuen College of Music. Her musical foundation was built on a long history of training, including twelve years of classical piano lessons from the age of six and vocal studies that began when she was sixteen. This background was further enriched by an international experience in 2014, when she participated in a university exchange program at Syracuse University in New York and performed with a student band at a local live venue.

Shizaki's professional career began in late 2018 when she was announced as the new keyboardist for the band Roselia and the new voice actress for the character Rinko Shirokane within the BanG Dream! multimedia franchise. She succeeded Satomi Akesaka in the role, making her debut during Roselia's "Vier" live concert on November 7, 2018. This marked her first major voice acting role. Her first full live performance with Roselia took place at the Nippon Budokan in February 2019. Her voice for Rinko Shirokane was implemented into the BanG Dream! Girls Band Party! mobile game in March 2019, and her anime debut followed in BanG Dream! 2nd Season. She has since reprised the role across numerous anime seasons, compilation films, and spin-off series, including BanG Dream! 3rd Season, BanG Dream! FILM LIVE 2nd Stage, BanG Dream! Girls Band Party! Pico Fever!, and BanG Dream! Girls Band Party!☆PICO ~OHMORI~.

In 2019, Shizaki expanded her repertoire by joining another Bushiroad franchise, D4DJ, where she voiced Rei Togetsu, the keyboardist for the unit Happy Around!. Her involvement included voicing the character in the television anime D4DJ First Mix, the short-form series Pucchimiku D4DJ Petit Mix, and the rhythm game D4DJ Groovy Mix, as well as performing as the unit's live keyboardist. Her tenure with the D4DJ project concluded in August 2022, when she stepped down from the role.

A significant achievement in her career came in 2020, when she received the Singing Award at the 14th Seiyu Awards as a member of Roselia, recognizing the group's vocal and performance prowess.

Shizaki was previously affiliated with the agency Ace Crew Entertainment. Her contract with the agency expired at the end of August 2022, after which she transitioned to working as a freelance voice actress and musician. This move allowed her greater autonomy to pursue diverse projects, including solo musical endeavors and a debut in live theater with reading plays in late 2023 and early 2024.
