Takeru Shinobuno is the former stage name of Takeru Miyashita, a Japanese voice actor and actor born on July 21, 1958, in Yamanashi Prefecture. He is known for providing voices for a variety of characters in anime television series and original video animations from the 1990s and 2000s.

His career includes a range of supporting roles in notable productions. He is credited under the name Takeru Shinobuno for the role of Jōji Aki in the 1992 original video animation High School Jingi. Other voice acting credits include roles such as a company employee and Shingo Ogura in The File of Young Kindaichi, Taro Yukishiro in both Pretty Cure and Futari wa Pretty Cure Max Heart, Cannon Vulcan in Gungrave, Yokomizo's Father in Hanada Shōnen-shi, and Jilba in Tetsujin 28. He also had multiple roles in the series Wild 7 Another, voicing characters in episodes 2, 4, 6, and 7.
