Natsumi Inoue is a Japanese manga artist and illustrator known for her work on the manga adaptation of the light novel series As a Reincarnated Aristocrat, I'll Use My Appraisal Skill to Rise in the World. She was born in Kanagawa Prefecture on March 25, 1990. After graduating from high school, she enrolled in the manga and animation department at Nihon Kogakuin, a technical college, in 2009.

Inoue began her career as a manga artist with the series Abe no Iru Machi, which launched in Weekly Shonen Magazine in October 2014. Her other manga credits include Kaizoku Reapers. Before focusing on manga creation, she worked as an animator, with credits as a key animation artist and animation director on series such as citrus, RAIL WARS!, and Higurashi: When They Cry - Gou. She also contributed as a character designer for the series Masamune-kun's Revenge R.

Her most prominent work to date is the manga adaptation of the isekai fantasy light novel As a Reincarnated Aristocrat, I'll Use My Appraisal Skill to Rise in the World. The series, originally written by Miraijin A with illustrations by jimmy, began serialization in Kodansha's Magazine Pocket app in June 2020. Kodansha USA has licensed the manga for English release. For this adaptation, Inoue is credited as the manga artist, distinguishing her role from that of the original light novel author. To commemorate the announcement of the television anime adaptation in 2023, she produced an illustration celebrating the series. Her body of work demonstrates a career that has transitioned from animation production to serialized manga creation, primarily within the fantasy and adventure genres.
