Jo Lorio is an American actress and voice artist known for her work in English dubs of anime series. Her career encompasses voice acting for animation as well as on-screen roles in film and television. She is also a model and has experience as an additional crew member and stunt performer.

Lorio has provided voices for a range of anime productions. She is known for her role as Hilma Cygnaeus in the English adaptation of the popular fantasy series Overlord, including its fourth season. Her other notable voice work in anime includes contributions to long-running series such as One Piece, as well as roles in Masamune-kun's Revenge, A Centaur's Life, and the horror anthology Junji Ito Collection. Her filmography also includes voice credits for A3! Season Spring & Summer, Chain Chronicle: The Light of Haecceitas, and the English adaptation of the video game Ace Attorney.
