Serika Hiromatsu is a Japanese female voice actress born on November 8th in Kochi Prefecture, Japan. She is affiliated with the talent agency Ken Production. Her interest in voice acting began in middle school after watching an anime film, and by high school, she had decided to pursue it as a career. She is a graduate of the 16th advanced class of the voice actor training school School Duo and officially joined Ken Production on April 1, 2016.

Hiromatsu's career encompasses a wide range of roles in anime television series, original net animations (ONA), video games, and foreign dubbing. She is known for her versatility, voicing characters across various demographics and genres. One of her earliest notable roles was as Sora Hoshino in the 2017 web anime 40-Shūnen da yo! Coro Coro All-Star Shōgakkō. She also played the title role of Zombie-kun in the 2020 short-form anime series Zo Zo Zombie.

In anime television, her extensive list of credits includes recurring and guest roles in long-running and popular franchises.
