Kohei Otomo is a Japanese vocalist, actor, and television personality. He was born on January 1, 1956, in Shiogama, Miyagi Prefecture, Japan. He is best known as the lead singer of the Japanese rock band Hound Dog, which he joined during his university years and with which he made his professional debut in 1980.
