Eri Saitō is a Japanese voice actress born on February 1, 1973, in Saitama Prefecture, Japan. She is affiliated with the talent management firm Accent. Saitō graduated from the Bungakuza Acting Research Institute and the Eizo Techno Academia, a vocational school for broadcast and entertainment professionals, laying a strong foundation for her performance career.

Her professional voice acting career began in the 2000s. She quickly established a presence in anime television, with early roles including the host in Nyanii ga Nyanndā Nyandā Kamen and Sakura Haruno in Suteki! Sakura Mama in 2000. The following year, she voiced Towa Himejima in Super GALS! and Yui Maejima in Cosmic Baton Girl Comet-san☆.

Over the subsequent decades, Saitō has built an extensive and varied list of anime credits. She is known for her ability to portray a wide spectrum of characters, from young girls to mature women. Some of her notable anime roles include Hana Inuzuka, the older sister of Kiba, in the long-running series Naruto and Naruto Shippūden. She voiced Nikora Nanami in Mermaid Melody Pichi Pichi Pitch. In the Dinosaur King franchise, she took on the role of Dr. Cretacea. She also played O-Ei in the critically acclaimed drama Descending Stories: Showa Genroku Rakugo Shinju. More recent appearances include the role of Hayakawa's mother in Chainsaw Man and Ayaka Sudo in The Gene of AI.
