Matsuri Mizuguchi is a Japanese voice actress born on October 28, 1986, in Yamagata Prefecture, Japan. She began her career in 2007 and is currently affiliated with the agency Ally Agent, having previously been associated with Yellow Tail. She is a graduate of the Eizo Techno Academy.
