Marieke de Kruijf is a Dutch actress who graduated from the Toneelacademie Maastricht in 1993. Her career began in theater, performing with companies such as Het Haarlems Toneel and later co-founding Theatergroep De Kale in 2002, a company dedicated to performing classic Dutch plays. She has also appeared in Dutch television series, including roles in Goede tijden, slechte tijden and the spin-off Het Huis Anubis en de Vijf van het Magische Zwaard.

In addition to her on-screen and stage work, de Kruijf has built a extensive career as a voice actress for Dutch-language dubs of animated series and films. In the realm of anime and animated series, she is known for voicing Azula in the popular series Avatar: De Legende van Aang (Avatar: The Last Airbender). Her other notable roles in anime series include Reece in Dinosaur King, Cynthia in Pokémon: Diamond and Pearl, and Kidd in the film Pokémon: Lucario and the Mystery of Mew. She also provided voices for the series Winx Club as Digit, W.I.T.C.H., and Martin Mystery.

De Kruijf's voice work extends to various other productions, including the character Nancy Tremaine in the film Enchanted and Maleficent in Descendants. She has also voiced characters in video games, such as Elsa in the Disney Infinity series. Beyond character work, her voice is familiar from Dutch television and radio commercials, including as the voice-over for DekaMarkt, and for in-store announcements for retailers like HEMA.
