Kumi Takaragi is a Japanese female voice actor born on November 2, 1987, in Kanagawa Prefecture. She is 159 cm tall and has B-type blood. Takaragi is a graduate of the 5th period of Dwango Creative School.

Takaragi made her debut as a voice actor in 2012. Her first major anime roles that year included the character Imperial Princess Yasuko in the series Chōyaku Hyakunin Isshu: Uta Koi, as well as parts in Joshiraku and Yu-Gi-Oh! Zexal II. In 2013, she landed one of her most recognizable roles, playing Lore Beliferal, the store engineer, in the television anime series I Couldn't Become a Hero, So I Reluctantly Decided to Get a Job. That same year, she began voicing the character Isezaki Ikuho in the long-running social simulation game Girl Friend Beta.

Her career has included a variety of roles in both anime and games. In 2014, she joined the cast of the Tokyo 7th Sisters project as the character Shirobara Tomoe, a role that has involved multiple music CD releases over the years. She has been a consistent part of the cast for the anime Boruto: Naruto Next Generations since 2017, voicing several characters including Enko Onikuma. Other notable anime roles include Tetia and Wainsley in Black Clover and a student in Kono Oto Tomare!: Sounds of Life. In the gaming world, her credits also include the role of Kogami Mikoto in the mobile game Idol Incidents and, more recently, Ahura Mazda in Monster Strike in 2022.

In addition to her voice work for characters, Takaragi has also participated in music projects related to her roles. This includes performing character songs for I Couldn't Become a Hero, So I Reluctantly Decided to Get a Job and contributing to the Twinkle Voice album of cover songs in 2013. She has also been involved in radio programs, such as hosting the web radio show for the same anime series. Early in her career, she was affiliated with the agency Linkarts. In 2019, she moved to her current agency, kenyu-office.
