Olinca Hidalgo is a Mexican voice actor, singer, and translator based in Mexico City, recognized for her work in anime dubbing and her contributions to music related to animation. Born on May 14 in Mexico City, she initially studied voice and diction at the Art Spot school under teachers Luis Alfonso Mendoza and Jesús Colín, though she did not complete that course, instead pursuing a degree in Design and Visual Communication with a specialization in Multimedia at the National Autonomous University of Mexico.
Her path to a career in voice acting was multifaceted. From 2007 to 2009, she was active in creating cover versions of anime and video game theme songs. She later returned to formal acting studies, training under Esteban Siller at SIGE Produciendo, becoming part of the last generation to learn from him, and completing her studies with Diana Perez. Her professional dubbing career began in earnest in 2014, and she has continued her education with workshops and courses, including training in dubbing with Eduardo Tejedo at Doblaje On Screen, and participating in an international dubbing workshop featuring instructors such as Norma Gabilondo, Mario Castañeda, and Humberto Vélez. In 2018, she expanded her professional scope to include translation and adaptation for dubbing.

She has also contributed to major series in supporting and additional voice roles, such as in Fairy Tail, Dragon Ball Super, Fruits Basket, and Komi Can't Communicate.
Beyond acting, music is a significant part of her professional identity. She is a vocalist for the Animetal-style cover band Jikken Ningen, active since 2012, and a member of the group Dream Voices alongside Obdulia Sanz and Rodrigo Acevedo. Her musical work in dubbing includes singing for the character Mirajane Strauss in Fairy Tail. She has also collaborated with Ricardo Silva Elizondo on various musical projects and Anisong covers since 2017, for which she has also adapted lyrics. Her voice can be heard on musical tracks such as a Spanish version of Long Kiss Goodbye.
Her work also extends to live-action series and animated shows. She has provided voices for characters in series like Pájaro soñador and Madam Secretary. In animation, her roles include Roodee in YooHoo to the Rescue and additional voices for long-running series such as The Simpsons starting from its thirty-second season. Her contributions to dubbing encompass a wide range of projects, reflecting a career built on continuous training and a passion for both vocal performance and music.
