Fer Navarro is a Mexican voice actress and dubbing artist known for her work in anime and animated series. She was born in Pachuca, Hidalgo, and developed an early interest in performing arts, inspired by her mother, a theater singer, and family members involved in broadcasting. At the age of fourteen, she began formal studies in performing arts, focusing on music and theater, and continued her training at the Escuela de Carlos Espejel and the Academia de Chacho Gaytán.

Navarro's career in dubbing began after she persistently sought opportunities with directors and studios. Her first professional projects included the children's animated series Do, Re & Mi and Disney's Mickey Mouse Funhouse, where she voiced the character Zsa Zsa. Her early work also included a role in the Spanish dubbing of the series Gen V, a spin-off of The Boys.

In the realm of anime, Navarro is recognized for her role as Litka Mofur in the Latin Spanish dubbing of the third season of Log Horizon, titled Log Horizon: Destruction of the Round Table. This project was directed by Cynthia Alfonzo and recorded at VSI Mexico City. Her other notable voice roles in anime and related media include Sekai in School Days and Kang Ji-Won in the Korean drama adaptation Marry My Husband.

A significant achievement in her career came in 2025 when she was cast as the voice of Smurfette in the Latin Spanish dubbing for the Paramount film Smurfs. She has also voiced the character Alice Wu in the series Agatha All Along. Beyond dubbing, Navarro has pursued other artistic endeavors, including singing with a band on weekends and working as a graphic designer.
