Odagiri began her career in the performing arts on stage, making her theatrical debut in 2014 with a production titled Knockout Melancholy. She later joined Ogi Pro THE NEXT to begin her work as a voice actress while also becoming a member of the theatre company BQMAP on May 1, 2018. Among her personal interests are watching comedy and imitating impressions, and her noted skills include sign language and playing volleyball, a sport she was involved in during high school.

As a voice actress, Odagiri has taken on a range of supporting roles in anime television series and films. Her early anime credits include providing voices for various background characters such as a announcer, audience members, and staff in the 2017 series TSUKIPRO THE ANIMATION. In 2018, she voiced a woman in the television anime Firemen Daigo: Kyūkyoku no Orange and also had a role as a mother in the animated film Natsume's Book of Friends: The Movie: Ephemeral Bond. The following year, she again portrayed a mother character in the net animation ULTRAMAN.

One of her more specific and confirmed roles is in the second season of the anime Muhyo & Roji's Bureau of Supernatural Investigation, which aired in 2020.
