Pekeko is a Japanese creator known for originating the manga series Phantasy Star Online 2 Comic, also titled Puso Ni Comi. This online gag comic, based on the Sega online multiplayer game Phantasy Star Online 2, follows the humorous daily lives and in-game misadventures of a group of friends. The comic was serialized online and later adapted into anime. Pekeko is officially credited as the original creator for the 2019 anime series Puso Ni Comi, also known as Phantasy Star Online 2 Comic, as well as for its sequel series Phantasy Star Online 2 Comic: Okawari, which premiered in April 2020. The original creator is also sometimes credited under the name Peko.

Beyond the Phantasy Star Online 2 franchise, Pekeko has worked as an illustrator for light novels. Notable projects include providing illustrations for the Super Dash Bunko series Mayoi Neko Overrun! by author Matsu Tomohiro, which was also adapted into a manga. Other light novel illustration work includes the series Tamashii Buri and Kono Bushitsu wa Kikanshinaibu ga Senkyo Shimashita. Pekeko has also contributed end card illustrations to several anime productions, including episodes of My Teen Romantic Comedy SNAFU TOO!, Sakura Trick, Absolute Duo, and Is the Order a Rabbit??.

Pekeko is an experienced artist who originally focused on creating original characters. A recurring characteristic in their work is a preference for drawing short, energetic female characters. In addition to commercial work, Pekeko is known for interacting with an audience by streaming drawing sessions online.
