Julia Biedermann is a German actress and voice artist, born in Berlin on March 15, 1967, who has built a diverse career spanning television, theater, and voice acting since her start as a child performer. Her entry into the performing arts came at the age of four when she appeared on the television program Sesamstraße. She received formal training at the Berlin Dance Academy in dance and classical ballet, as well as in music and singing, and made her stage debut at the Schillertheater in Berlin in 1976. Biedermann is fluent in French, Spanish, and English.

In the realm of anime and animation voice work, Biedermann has contributed to the German dubbing of several notable productions. She voiced the character Sachiko Yokogawa in the 1993 OVA series 8 Man After, also known as Cyber Desperado. In this science fiction story, Sachiko is the original 8 Man's love interest who becomes involved with a new cyborg hero. Biedermann also provided the German voice for the character Mace Flower in the 2021 anime film Mobile Suit Gundam Hathaway, part of the long-running and influential Gundam franchise. Her early work in animation includes dubbing for the 1976 animated film Pinocchio.
