Haruka Itou is a Japanese voice actress from Hokkaido, born on March 1st. She is affiliated with a talent management firm and is known for her work in anime and video games. Itou is a graduate of the Sapporo Manga Anime School and the AIR AGENCY Voice Actor Training School.

Her career in the entertainment industry began to take shape around 2015. One of her earliest public appearances was as a member of the FRESH夏祭队 in the AT-X event Our Summer Festival 2015. This period marked her entry into professional voice acting, with early roles including minor characters in television anime such as Black Bullet and Valkyrie Drive: Mermaid.

In 2016, Itou voiced the character Chisaki in the anime special Omoi no Kakera. This short film is a drama that follows a young figure skater coping with the loss of her mother in the 2011 Tōhoku earthquake and tsunami, with Itou contributing to the voice cast. A significant role in her career came in 2020 when she was cast as Fiona in the multimedia project Lapis Re:LiGHTs. She voiced the character in both the television anime adaptation and the associated game, Lapis Re:LiGHTs ~This World's Idols Will Use Magic~. As part of this project, she also performed with the unit supernova, contributing to character songs and live events.

Beyond these roles, Itou has built a substantial portfolio of voice work in video games. Her game credits span several years and include characters in titles such as Quiz RPG: The World of Mystic Wiz, Re:Birthday Song, and Eternal Linkage.
