Yōko Nakayama is a Japanese voice actress affiliated with the agency EARLY WING. She is from Aichi Prefecture and has a blood type of A. Her career began after graduating from Human Holdings Nagoya school and subsequently attending WAHO Academy. Her debut role was as Colette and Vega in the game Hoshiiro no Inishie.

One of her notable voice roles is as Garnet in the series Lapis Re:LiGHTs, a multimedia project that includes anime, games, and music. As part of this project, she participated in the musical unit and contributed to songs such as Butterfly and Our STARTRAIL.
