Seiyu Fujiwara is a Japanese voice actor affiliated with the agency Stay Luck. He was born on July 3, 1996, in Hyogo Prefecture, Japan. He is a graduate of the Osaka Animation School, now known as the Osaka Animation, Voice Actor & Esports College. In 2017, he entered the Stay Luck-affiliated voice actor and acting school, Follow-Up, and officially joined the agency Stay Luck in 2019.

Fujiwara began his professional voice acting career in April 2017, building experience through numerous minor and supporting roles in television anime series. His early work included background characters in productions such as The Ancient Magus' Bride, Fairy Tail, and Isekai Cheat Magician. Over time, his range expanded to include parts in major series like Attack on Titan, SPY×FAMILY, Jujutsu Kaisen, and Oshi no Ko.

Among his more prominent roles are Hai Rou in the long-running historical anime series Kingdom and the character Oiler in the children's anime Tomica Kizuna Gattai Earth Granner. In Tomica Kizuna Gattai Earth Granner, Oiler is one of the main trio of alien villains who serves as the group's mechanic. His other anime voice credits include roles in Dan Da Dan, Brave Bang Bravern!, The Apothecary Diaries, Frieren: Beyond Journey's End, and Bofuri: I Don't Want to Get Hurt, so I'll Max Out My Defense.

Beyond television anime, Fujiwara's career encompasses a wide variety of media. He has lent his voice to characters in video games such as BUSTAFELLOWS, Yakuza: Like a Dragon, and CARAVAN STORIES. He has also contributed to original net animations, including Cyberpunk: Edgerunners, GAMERA -Rebirth-, and Bastard!!. His work in film includes roles in the animated movies Suzume and Mobile Hero: The Movie. He is also active in dubbing foreign films and series, with credits including the Japanese versions of Overlord, Cocaine Bear, and The Gentlemen, as well as tokusatsu productions like Kamen Rider Gotchard.
