Moka Hinata is a Japanese voice actress and virtual idol born on May 17, 2001, in Saitama Prefecture. She is affiliated with the talent agency Music Ray'n. Her career began after she successfully passed the agency's third Music Ray'n Super Voice Actor Audition in 2017, followed by a training period that lasted until 2019.

Hinata made her debut as a voice actress in 2021, landing her first leading role as Mei Hayasaka in the multimedia project Idoly Pride. This role also marked the start of her activities as a virtual idol. In addition to her work in Idoly Pride, her other anime credits include roles in the series Slime Taoshite 300-nen, Shiranai Uchi ni Level MAX ni Nattemashita and One Room, Hiatari Futsuu, Tenshi-tsuki.

Beyond anime, Hinata's work extends to other media. She has participated in radio programs, including those for Music Ray'n's third-generation talents, and has been involved in reading projects for e-book labels. Her hobbies include kendo and ballet, and she has a noted fondness for ramen and fried chicken, an interest that led to her receiving the Best Karaageist Award in 2023.
