José Ramón Azpiri is a Spanish voice actor known for his work in European Spanish dubs of anime and animated series. He is primarily recognized for voicing characters in two prominent franchises. He provided the Spanish voice for Sniff in the series Tanoshii Moomin Ikka, the Swedish-Finnish animated adaptation of the Moomins books. He is also known for his role as Hawkmon in the Digimon franchise. Azpiri voiced Hawkmon in the film Digimon Adventure: Last Evolution Kizuna, which was released in 2020. His involvement in this project was part of an effort by the European Spanish dub to reunite the original voice actors from the series. While he was reportedly active and intended to reprise the role of Hawkmon for the subsequent film, Digimon Adventure 02: The Beginning, he was unable to return due to scheduling conflicts.
