Ana Teresa Bernardino Pousadas is a Portuguese voice actress and singer born on March 20, 1996, in Lisbon, Portugal. She has been active in the dubbing industry since 2011, providing voices for numerous animated series and films for the Portuguese market.

Pousadas is notably recognized for her extensive work on the Portuguese dub of the anime series My Hero Academia. In the show, she voices multiple characters, including the students Tsuyu Asui, Mina Ashido, Kyoka Jiro, Toru Hagakure, and Setsuna Tokage. She also provides the voice for younger versions of the character Katsuki Bakugo. Her roles extend to the series' faculty and hero community, where she voices Recovery Girl, as well as the pro heroes Mount Lady, Ryukyu, and Ragdoll.
