Junko Hagimori is a Japanese voice actress and narrator affiliated with the agency Aoni Production. She was born on October 20, 1964, in Hyōgo Prefecture, Japan. Her birth name is Junko Hagimori, written with different characters, and she is a graduate of the Aoni Juku Osaka school, having completed its third term.

Hagimori began her career in 1987, taking on various roles in anime television series. She is known for her long-running role as the second voice of樱田萌子 (Sakurada Momoko), the mother of the character Nene-chan, in the popular and enduring series Crayon Shin-chan, a role she has held since 1994.
