Afumi Hashi is a Japanese voice actress and narrator from Tokyo, born on May 9, 1990. She is a graduate of Waseda University, where she studied in the Faculty of Culture and Structure and participated in both a musical club and a broadcasting research club. Her path to voice acting began when she was selected as a winner in the fourth Seiyu Awards' Newcomer Discovery Audition. Hashi is affiliated with the talent agency 81 Produce.

Her most prominent and recognized role to date is Mejiro Ryan in the multimedia franchise Uma Musume Pretty Derby, a character she has voiced across the television anime series, including the first season and Season 2, as well as in related games and musical performances. Beyond Uma Musume, her anime portfolio includes a wide range of supporting roles. She has appeared in series such as HUGtto! PreCure, Major 2nd, The Unlimited Hyobu Kyosuke, From the New World, and Kaguya-sama: Love Is War. In a leading role for an isekai series, she is set to voice the character Kaede (also referred to as Maple) in the 2025 anime adaptation of Someday Will I Be The Greatest Alchemist?.

Her work also extends to video games, with credits in titles such as The King of Fighters ALLSTAR and Samurai Spirits, as well as dubbing for foreign films and animated series like Thomas & Friends: All Engines Go. In addition to character acting, Hashi is active as a narrator for television programs, documentaries, and commercials. She is known for her versatility as a performer, which includes skills in singing, dancing, and speaking French, a language she studied from junior high school through university. Among her colleagues, she has a close friendship with fellow voice actor Koutaro Nishiyama, as they began their training together at 81 Produce, and she was a university contemporary of voice actor Koki Uchiyama.
