Ayasa Itō is a Japanese voice actress and singer from Kyoto Prefecture, born on August 17, 1996. She is affiliated with the talent agency Hibiki. Her interest in voice acting began in elementary school after a positive experience with dubbing at the NHK Studio Park. During high school, she successfully applied for the "Milky Holmes Sisters Member Scout Audition" in 2013, beating out approximately two thousand other applicants to land her debut role as Alice Myojingawa in the anime Futari wa Milky Holmes. This role also marked the beginning of her career as a performer, as she became part of the singing unit Milky Holmes Feathers with fellow voice actress Aimi.

Itō is widely recognized for several major roles in multimedia franchises. She voices the tsundere keyboardist Arisa Ichigaya in the popular band project BanG Dream!, a role for which she also performs as a keyboardist in the affiliated band Poppin'Party. In the Revue Starlight franchise, she plays Kaoruko Hanayagi, a Kyoto-born stage girl proficient in traditional Japanese dance who speaks in her native Kyoto dialect. Her other prominent anime roles include Tamate Momochi in Slow Start, Michi Sonoda in Ippon Again!, and Maira Tsukishima in Mewkledreamy. In the video game sphere, her roles are equally varied, including Beanstalk in Arknights, Habetrot in Fate/Grand Order, and Vivlos in the Uma Musume Pretty Derby franchise.

Her career is marked by recurring collaborations, particularly with projects under the Bushiroad umbrella, such as BanG Dream! and Revue Starlight. She also frequently works alongside other voice actors from her agency, including Aimi and Mikoi Sasaki, with whom she launched a YouTube channel called "Three Voice Acting Sisters [Team Y]" in 2020. Beyond voice acting, Itō is active as a musical performer, contributing character songs for her various roles.
