Jessica Foster is an American voice actress associated with Funimation Entertainment and Crunchyroll, where she has lent her voice to numerous English adaptations of anime series and films. She is also known to work under the pseudonym Jennifer Forrester.

Foster is recognized for her role as Sanya V. Litvyak in the Strike Witches franchise. Her credits for this character include the series Strike Witches: 501st JOINT FIGHTER WING Take Off! and Strike Witches: Road to Berlin. She also reprised the role for the 2012 film Strike Witches the Movie, where she was credited under her pseudonym, Jennifer Forrester. Her association with the franchise extended further with the series World Witches Take Off!, again voicing Sanya V. Litvyak.
