Risa Uchida is a Japanese voice actress born on February 12, 1989. She is from Kanagawa Prefecture. One of her earliest on-screen appearances was in the historical action drama series Musashi. Uchida is best known for her long-standing role as the voice of Kairi in the Kingdom Hearts video game franchise, a role she has played since the series' early installments. She also voices the character Xion within the same series. In a 2007 interview, she reflected on her early experiences with the Kingdom Hearts cast, noting how the team grew closer over time and recalling the public's recognition of her role during her high school years.

Beyond video games, Uchida's voice acting work includes the role of Emilka in the 2019 television special Lupin III: Goodbye Partner. She has also lent her voice to the long-running children's anime Soreike! Anpanman, playing the character Sugar Boy. Her film credits include a role in Psychic School Wars.

Uchida's performance work extends to the stage, where she has appeared in theatrical productions such as the Gekidan Shinkansen play Skull Castle and a stage adaptation of the musical Dream from a Dream by the Shiki Theatre Company. In addition to acting, she has served as a master of ceremonies for events, including the Kingdom Hearts 20th Anniversary event and a Nissan Futures event in 2023.
