Paolo Buglioni is an Italian actor and voice actor born in Rome on 2 November 1950. He began his career on stage before moving into film, television, and the dubbing industry. He is also active as a dubbing director.

While Buglioni is primarily known for his extensive work dubbing live-action films, he has lent his voice to a number of anime and animated productions for the Italian market. Notable examples of his anime voice roles include the character Hardgear in the 2000 science fiction OVA Maetel Legend. He also voiced the character Brenten in the anime series Dominion Tank Police.
