Julius Cho is a Canadian voice actor and performer based in Toronto, Ontario. He studied Shakespearean acting at the University of Windsor, where he received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree before returning to Toronto to pursue a professional career in both on-camera and voice-over work. Growing up with a love for animation, he has cited series such as Futurama and Digimon as significant influences on his desire to become a voice actor.

Cho is widely recognized for his voice role as Magnus, also known as Magnus Black, throughout the Generation 2 reboot of the Bakugan anime franchise. He first voiced the character in Bakugan: Battle Planet, continuing the role in subsequent series including Bakugan: Armored Alliance, Bakugan: Geogan Rising, Bakugan: Evolutions, and Bakugan: Legends. His work as Magnus, a skilled and mysterious rival to the main protagonist, became a central part of the series' narrative across its multiple seasons.

In addition to his prominent role in the Bakugan franchise, Cho has lent his voice to a variety of other animated productions. His voice credits include the role of Chase in the 2023 revival of Total Drama Island, various characters in the children's series Doki, Sammy Rhye in D.N. Ace, and Lionel Lightspeed in a PAW Patrol special. His work also extends to the world of My Little Pony. Beyond animation, Cho has appeared in live-action television series such as CW's In The Dark, CBC's Children Ruin Everything, Netflix's Wedding Season, Kim's Convenience, and the series Ghosts. Acknowledged for his talent in the industry, he has received a nomination from the Canadian Screen Awards.
