Meemu Tachibana is a Japanese voice actress from Kanagawa Prefecture, born on April 25. She began her career in 2015 after graduating from the Japan Narration Acting Institute. Before pursuing voice acting, she was initially self-conscious about her voice but decided to make use of it after learning about the profession.

Tachibana was formerly affiliated with the talent agency VIMS, and became a freelancer at the end of June 2021. Her early roles include appearances in the television anime series The Perfect Insider and Nurse Witch Komugi-chan R in 2016. She gained wider recognition for her role as one of the platelets in the popular anime series Cells at Work! in 2018, a role she reprised in the second season.

Tachibana is notably associated with the Re:Stage! project, a multimedia franchise focusing on aspiring idol groups. She voices the character Kae Hiiragi, a member of the unit KiRaRe, in the project's anime adaptation Re:Stage! Dream Days. This role has been a significant part of her career, involving voice work for the television series, game, and music CDs. As part of KiRaRe, she has performed numerous character songs, including the group's singles and the anime's theme songs. Her involvement also extended to hosting and appearing in various internet radio shows and livestreams related to the franchise.

Beyond Re:Stage! and Cells at Work!, her anime credits include roles in World's End Harem, Comic Girls, and Pripri Chii-chan!!. Tachibana has also been active in the video game industry, voicing characters in titles such as.hack//New World, Tenka Hyakken -Zan-, and For Whom the Alchemist Exists. In addition to her performance work, she holds a piano assistant qualification, demonstrating her musical abilities.
