Francisco Vargas, also occasionally credited as Franco Balzanny, is a Mexican actor specializing in dubbing for Latin American Spanish. He has built a diverse career voicing characters in live-action films and series, as well as animation and anime.

Vargas is recognized for his work in several prominent anime series. He is notably the voice of Ginro in the anime adaptation of Dr. Stone, a role he has performed since the series' early seasons and reprised for the Dr. Stone: Ryusui special and the third season, Dr. Stone: New World. His other significant anime voice roles include Milluki Zoldyck in Hunter x Hunter, Shinji Koganei in Kuroko no Basket, Shōta Munemori in Code Geass: Rozé and the reconquista, and a young Fukaboshi in One Piece. He has also lent his voice to characters in series such as Viajes Pokémon, Bungo Stray Dogs, Beyblade Burst, and Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba.

Beyond anime, Francisco Vargas's dubbing work is extensive in other genres. In animated series, he is known as the voice of Markov in Miraculous: Las aventuras de Ladybug, Leif and Lexx Loud in The Loud House, and as the first voice of Connor or Catboy in PJ Masks: Héroes en pijamas. His live-action dubbing credits include characters in series like Flash, Supergirl, and Sr. Iglesias, as well as films such as La monja and ¡Shazam!. His work also extends to video games, where he voiced the character Skjolder in God of War: Ragnarök.
