Silke Matthias is a German actress and voice actor, born on February 21, 1960, in Berlin. She trained at the Theaterhochschule Hans Otto in Leipzig from 1978 to 1982, and has since built a career spanning both on-screen and voice acting roles.

In the realm of anime and animation, Matthias is known for providing the German voice for a variety of characters. One of her notable roles is Risa Aoyanagi, an Inspector in the Public Safety Bureau, which she voiced for the German adaptation of the Psycho-Pass series.
