Silke Matthias is a German actress and voice actor, born on February 21, 1960, in Berlin. She trained at the Theaterhochschule Hans Otto in Leipzig from 1978 to 1982, and has since built a career spanning both on-screen and voice acting roles.

In the realm of anime and animation, Matthias is known for providing the German voice for a variety of characters. One of her notable roles is Risa Aoyanagi, an Inspector in the Public Safety Bureau, which she voiced for the German adaptation of the Psycho-Pass series. This includes the television series' first two seasons, where her character appears, as well as the 2019 film Psycho-Pass: Sinners of the System - Case 2: First Guardian. She also voiced the character Kazuko Yoshiyama in the acclaimed 2006 anime film The Girl Who Leapt Through Time. Another of her roles is Sellon in the animated series Bakugan: Mechtanium Surge.

Beyond these examples, her work in German dubbing for anime includes roles such as Haihane in the Sekirei series, Eria in The Vision of Escaflowne, and Tomoka Inose in the horror series Another.
