Jiro Suzuki is a Japanese manga artist and illustrator. Suzuki was born on February 14, though the year of birth has not been publicly documented. Suzuki is the writer and illustrator of the original manga series MAGiMAGi. Beyond this original work, Suzuki is known for providing illustrations for manga adaptations of sound novel series, including the Tatarigoroshi-hen chapter of Higurashi When They Cry and the Turn of the Golden Witch chapter of Umineko When They Cry. Suzuki also worked as a character designer for the game Rose Guns Days by 07th Expansion, designing several characters including the main protagonist, Leo Shishigami.

Suzuki is the original creator of the manga and anime Yawaraka Sangokushi Tsukisase!! Ryofuko-chan, a comedy series loosely based on Luo Guanzhong's classic novel Romance of the Three Kingdoms. The concept for this series first appeared within Suzuki's comedy manga I, Otaku: Struggle in Akihabara, where it existed as a fictional anime that the characters watched. The concept was subsequently developed into an independent manga published by Square Enix in Monthly GFantasy magazine, which later served as the source material for a four-episode original video animation released between December 2007 and March 2008. For this anime adaptation, Suzuki is officially credited as the original creator.
