Hubert Burczek is a German actor and voice artist with a career spanning several decades in film, television, and voice-over work. Born in Gelsenkirchen, Germany in 1955, he is a native German speaker with proficiency in English and is based in both Berlin and Munich. His training includes attendance at the Christan Rode Sprecherschule, a school for speakers, and coaching from various industry professionals. He is also a professional voice actor for cartoons, audio books, and audio dramas.

Burczek's voice acting portfolio includes a range of characters in animated productions and German dubs of international films and series. In the original Netflix animated series Hero Mask, he provides the German voice for the character Fred Faraday. He voiced the character Fumio Asakawa in the German dub of the 2019 anime film Seven Days War. His work in the anime genre also includes roles in the series Uncle from Another World, where he lent his voice to the characters Zernegan and Grant. Beyond anime, Burczek voiced a human governor in an episode of the animated series Tales of the Empire, part of the Star Wars franchise, and also provided a voice for an antagonist in the live-action series The Mandalorian. His voice work extends to major animated feature films as well, such as providing the voice for a truck in the German dub of the Pixar film Cars.

In addition to his work in animation, Burczek has an extensive career as a live-action film and television actor. His live-action credits include roles in the television series SOKO Wismar, Tatort, and the historical documentary series Terra X, in which he portrayed Johann Wolfgang von Goethe. His film appearances include a role in the 1994 film Farinelli and the 1991 comedy Driving Me Crazy, also known as Trabbi Goes to Hollywood.

Burczek's contributions to the field of voice acting have been recognized with industry awards. In 2023, he was part of the ensemble that received the German Synchron Award for Best Animated Film for their work on the German dub of Encanto.
