Keisuke Ueda is a Japanese actor, singer, and voice actor born on September 5, 1989, in Osaka Prefecture, Japan. He is affiliated with Clutch Corporation and Yamaha Music Communications for his music career. Ueda began his entertainment career after being a finalist in the 19th Junon Super Boy Contest in 2006 and made his stage debut in 2007. He quickly became a prominent figure in 2.5-dimensional musicals, which are stage adaptations of anime, manga, and video game properties. His extensive theatre work includes portraying characters such as Choromatsu in Osomatsu-san on Stage, Yukine in the Noragami stage plays, Misaki Yata in the K stage plays, Japan in the Hetalia musicals, and Chūya Nakahara in the Bungo Stray Dogs stage plays.

Ueda transitioned into voice acting, making his anime debut in 2013 with a role in Yamishibai: Japanese Ghost Stories. His first leading role in an anime series came in 2017 when he was cast as the titular character, Heine Wittgenstein, in The Royal Tutor. He also voiced the character Hiroki in the anime series Pet. In a unique cross-over of his skills, he also portrayed these same characters in their respective stage play adaptations, demonstrating a close tie between his on-screen and live performance work. In addition to acting, Ueda has pursued a music career. He released his debut solo single, Start Line (Toki no Wadachi), in 2018, which was used as an ending theme song and peaked at number 25 on the Oricon Weekly Singles Chart. He followed this with his first album, Voice of.., in 2019.
