Tatsuya Tokutake was a Japanese voice actor born on September 15, 1994, in Nagano Prefecture. He was active in the industry from his debut in 2015 until his retirement at the end of 2019. He was affiliated with the talent agency WITH LINE during his career.
Tokutake's path to voice acting was shaped by an early interest in performance and radio. As a child, he enjoyed acting in school plays and events. He was also an avid radio listener, which initially inspired him to pursue a career behind the scenes as a radio director or staff member. This curiosity about the broadcasting world led him to enroll in the voice actor talent department at the Amusement Media Academy. While still a student, he passed an audition and subsequently joined WITH LINE, formally beginning his career as a voice actor.

The same year, he began voicing Kazuki Tsukumo, a member of the unit F-LAGS, in the popular mixed-media franchise The Idolmaster SideM. He performed this role across the franchise's anime adaptations, games, and music performances.
Beyond these signature roles, Tokutake contributed to a range of other anime and video game projects.
