Lauren Conn is an American voice actor and ADR scriptwriter known for their work in the English dubbing of anime series. A significant role in their career is providing the voice for the character Murasaki Ikoma in the English language version of the anime series Grisaia: Phantom Trigger. This casting was announced in 2020 as part of a dub produced by Sound Cadence Studios for the anime adaptation of the visual novel.

In addition to voice acting, Conn has contributed to the production of English adaptations of anime in several behind-the-scenes capacities. Their credits include work as a language consultant on the English dubs of projects such as Grisaia: Phantom Trigger and KenIchi the Mightiest Disciple. Conn also served as a Russian dialect advisor for the English version of the film The Empire of Corpses and was involved with the ADR script for the series Uzumaki.
