Tessa Frascogna is an American child actress and singer known for her work in live-action musicals and for providing the voice of Miyo Akino in the English-language dub of the animated feature film Okko's Inn. Born on December 4, 2007, her career began in theater, including a performance in a limited run of Annie at the Paper Mill Playhouse in 2017.

Frascogna's most prominent voice acting credit to date is in the 2018 anime film Okko's Inn, where she voiced the character Miyo Akino in the English version produced by GKIDS. In addition to this anime role, her performance work includes the television musicals Annie Live!, in which she played Tessie, and 13: The Musical. She has also made on-screen appearances in episodes of the television series The Blacklist in in 2020.

Beyond acting and singing, Frascogna began dancing for NBA and WNBA games at the age of eleven and has been involved in teaching performing arts workshops.
