Tomoyo Chūjō is a Japanese voice actress, actress, and singer from Tsu City in Mie Prefecture, born on August 25, 1992. She began her career affiliated with the agency RME for approximately six years before departing in May 2020. After working as a freelancer for about a year, she became an associate member of the agency Yukainaru on June 1, 2021.

Chūjō is known for her work in both anime and video games. In anime, she voiced the character Halley Tomoyo in the Netflix original comedy series Dino Girl Gauko, which was released in 2019 and 2020. She also had guest roles in the 2019 series Namaiki!! Erodachan and appeared in the 2022 anime Prima Doll.

Her voice acting portfolio includes significant contributions to video games, particularly the popular mobile game Azur Lane, where she is known for voicing the characters Helena, Ajax, and Sendai. She has also provided voices for characters in other games such as Girls' Frontline.
