Pedro Caeiro is a Portuguese actor and dubbing actor, born on June 14, 1985. His career in dubbing began with work for the Disney franchise, where he provided the Portuguese voice for characters in several major animated films. One of his earliest noted roles was as the voice of Carl in the film Os Robinsons (Meet the Robinsons) in 2007, followed by the role of Emile in Ratatui (Ratatouille) later the same year.

A significant role in his career came in 2010 when he was cast as the voice of Flynn Rider (Eugene Fitzherbert) in the Portuguese version of the Disney film Entrelaçados (Tangled). He would go on to reprise this role in subsequent related productions, including the short film Entrelaçados Para Sempre (Tangled Ever After) in 2012, the series As Entrelaçadas Aventuras da Rapunzel (Tangled: The Series) beginning in 2017, and the film Entrelaçados Outra Vez (Tangled: Before Ever After) also in 2017. In an interview around the release of the original film, Caeiro described the challenge of dubbing animation as bringing truth to the character while synchronizing with the detailed lip movements.

During this period, he also voiced the new Muppet character Walter in the 2012 film Os Marretas (The Muppets) and its 2014 sequel, Marretas: Procuram-se (Muppets Most Wanted). His work in dubbing for animation and series has continued across various genres and studios. He is credited with multiple roles in the Portuguese version of the Netflix anime series Dino Girl Gauko (2019), providing the voices for the characters Toshio, Yamada, and Gengoro Hiraga. Other series credits include roles in Noobees, Screechers Wild, Uma Rua Normal, and the Portuguese version of Infinity Train. In 2023, he voiced the character Derek in the film Mavka: A Alma da Floresta.

Beyond his voice work, Caeiro is also a stage actor. He has been noted for his interest in Japanese animation and was part of the cast for the Artistas Unidos production of the play Morte de Um Caixeiro-Viajante (Death of a Salesman).
