Sumito Ōwara is a Japanese manga artist best known as the creator of the series Keep Your Hands Off Eizouken! (Eizouken ni wa Te wo Dasu na!). Born in Kanagawa Prefecture on March 19, 1993, Ōwara developed an early interest in visual storytelling. During high school, he was a member of the film club, an experience that would later deeply inform his creative work. After graduating from the painting course at the Toyo Institute of Art and Design, he continued to study animation independently, teaching himself the craft rather than pursuing formal training in the field.
