Parker Simmons is an American animator, voice actor, writer, and producer known for his extensive work in animated television and film. He is the creator of the Cartoon Network series Mao Mao: Heroes of Pure Heart, in which he also provides the voice for the title character, Mao Mao, as well as other roles such as King Snugglemagne and Ratarang. His career in animation began with work at the studio Titmouse, where he contributed as an animator on series including Metalocalypse, Superjail!, The Venture Bros., and Motorcity.

As a voice actor, Simmons is recognized for his role as Pankraz, the father of the protagonist, in the English dub of the 2019 CGI anime film Dragon Quest: Your Story, which is based on the video game Dragon Quest V. He also had a significant presence in the Cartoon Network series OK K.O.! Let's Be Heroes, where he worked as a writer and storyboard artist in addition to voicing numerous background and supporting characters, including Fish Dude, Gary, and Gil Ferris.
