Pola Jane O'Mara is a German actress and voice artist known for her work in theatre, film, and television, as well as for providing German voices for characters in international productions. She was born in Munich in 1992 and trained as an actor at the Folkwang University of the Arts in Bochum, graduating in 2016. During her studies, she developed and performed in the theatre piece Shoeman Beings, a collaboration with Palestinian performer Faris Saleh, for which she received the Folkwang Prize. Her early career included guest performances at the Schauspielhaus Bochum and the Schlosstheater Moers, where she played the title role in Alice in Wonderland. Following her graduation, she became a long-standing ensemble member at the Münchner Volkstheater for seven years before joining the Staatstheater Nürnberg as a permanent ensemble member starting in the 2023/24 season.

In addition to her stage career, O'Mara is active as a voice actress, dubbing roles for film and television. In the anime and animation field, she provided the German voice for the character VesVes in the two-part film Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon Eternal, which adapts the Dream arc of the Sailor Moon manga. Her voice work, however, extends across a wide range of live-action productions as well. She has dubbed roles in major franchises such as Star Wars, voicing the Inquisitor Reva Sevander (Third Sister) in the series Obi-Wan Kenobi, and in Bridgerton, where she voiced the character Sienna. Other notable dubbing credits include the series Foundation, See, Shantaram, Game of Thrones, and the film Capharnaüm. Her work is often characterized by providing German voices for a diverse array of characters in internationally acclaimed productions. O'Mara holds dual German and Australian nationality and is fluent in German and English, with proficiency in French.
